Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Virtual Assistant Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Virtual Assistants handling diverse tasks across sales, compliance, administration, and accounting. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure team performance, and maintain high-quality deliverables while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and provide guidance to Virtual Assistants, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on loan reviews, insurance claims, data entry, and payment postings.
• Facilitate team training, upskilling, and development to enhance productivity and performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and report team progress regularly.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in supervising or managing remote teams.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, accounting software, and administrative tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members while maintaining high morale.
• Prior experience in sales, compliance, or accounting tasks is a plus.
