Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Virtual Assistant Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Virtual Assistants handling diverse tasks across sales, compliance, administration, and accounting. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure team performance, and maintain high-quality deliverables while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide guidance to Virtual Assistants, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Conduct quality assurance checks on loan reviews, insurance claims, data entry, and payment postings.
Facilitate team training, upskilling, and development to enhance productivity and performance.
Act as the main point of contact for escalations, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and report team progress regularly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in supervising or managing teams.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, accounting software, and administrative tools.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to mentor and develop team members while maintaining high morale.
Prior experience in sales, compliance, or accounting tasks is a plus.
