Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Virtual Assistant (Dedicated IT Support) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in workflow automation, software tools like SuiteDash, GoHighLevel, and website management. You’ll be supporting our internal operations as well as client-facing projects, particularly in the legal and CRM automation space.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, test, and optimize workflow automations in SuiteDash, GoHighLevel, and legal practice management software.
Learn and adapt quickly to legal practice management tools, with guidance and training provided.
Test existing workflows created by others, identify any logical issues or malfunctions, and provide clear documentation on findings.
Collaborate with a project manager to receive and complete tasks efficiently and independently.
Make website updates on our WordPress websites when needed (minor content or layout edits – not full builds).
Deliver results with minimal supervision by effectively managing time, priorities, and tasks during UK working hours.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with workflow automation in SuiteDash and GoHighLevel (required).
Familiarity with or willingness to learn legal practice management software.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills for testing and validating workflows.
Experience in WordPress site updates (basic editing, plugin management, content uploads).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions accurately, and meet deadlines without close supervision.
Must be available to work UK business hours.
