We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in automation platforms (e.g., n8n) and CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel). This role will involve managing workflows, optimizing automation processes, and ensuring smooth CRM operations to support our marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and troubleshoot automation workflows in n8n or similar tools.
Maintain and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM:
Manage pipelines, funnels, and campaigns.
Import, clean, and organize contact databases.
Monitor automations, triggers, and follow-up sequences.
Collaborate with the team to identify tasks that can be automated and implement solutions.
Track and report on automation and CRM performance metrics.
Assist with client onboarding, communication, and follow-up tasks.
Provide technical support and documentation for internal processes.
Stay updated with new features and best practices for n8n and GHL.
