We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in creating, reviewing, and updating training materials, newsfeed posts, quizzes, and eLearning modules.
Key Responsibilities
Create newsfeed posts, training updates, and process reminders.
Develop eLearning modules, quizzes, and knowledge checks.
Review content for grammar, spelling, accuracy, and formatting.
Check quizzes for incorrect answers and inconsistencies.
Update and improve training materials based on process changes.
Coordinate with Operations, QA, Training, and Leadership teams.
