Job Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order transactions.
Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data accuracy standards.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to meet client needs.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support order processing operations.
