We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in lending to oversee our Online Lending operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lending process, from application and sales to funding, collections, and account recovery.
Oversee business performance, portfolio results, staffing, productivity, and profitability.
Set and monitor KPIs and performance targets.
Improve sales, funding, collections, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Lead teams, identify operational issues, and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
Proven management experience in lending, banking, microfinance, fintech, pawnshop lending, payday lending, or similar financial services.
Strong knowledge of the lending lifecycle, including loan processing, funding, servicing, and collections.
Experience managing KPIs, business performance, and team productivity.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Results-driven and comfortable working with data.
