Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations, enhance efficiency, and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless business processes, improving productivity, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and requires regular reporting on business operations and key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and overall operational costs effectively.

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance performance and collaboration.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.

  • Collaborate with different departments, including finance, HR, and supply chain, to streamline processes.

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

  • Prepare and present reports, operational insights, and strategic recommendations to the COO or CEO.

  • Assist in long-term planning and business expansion strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and project management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions under pressure.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance requirements.
