Job Description:

The HR Supervisor is responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies that support the organization’s goals. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, and training initiatives while fostering a positive work environment and leading the HR team effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.

• Address employee concerns, grievances, and performance issues.

• Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.

• Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports for management.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
