Key Responsibilities:
▫️ Process payroll accurately and on time
▫️ Manage employee benefits and answer inquiries
▫️ Assist in recruitment (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
▫️ Conduct administrative hearings and implement disciplinary actions
▫️ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
▫️ Provide HR support to employees and management
▫️ Prepare and process BIR requirements (2316, 1601C, Alphalist, and other tax-related reports)
Qualifications:
▫️ With experience in HR, Payroll, or related field
▫️ Knowledgeable in labor laws and HR processes
▫️ Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
▫️ Organized and able to handle confidential information
