We are hiring an experienced HP/Dell Server Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise server troubleshooting and hardware support.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on HP ProLiant and Dell PowerEdge servers
Diagnose hardware faults (RAID, disks, memory, PSU, CPU)
Perform firmware, BIOS, and driver updates
Use iDRAC (Dell) and iLO (HP) for remote management
Support Windows Server and/or Linux environments
Provide root cause analysis and maintain documentation
