Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Research Senior Team Leader to oversee and drive performance for a team of data researchers and team leaders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing research or data teams and at least 1 year of experience leading team leaders. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of data research operations and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the data research department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality data.
Directly manage a team of team leaders, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of team leaders and their respective teams, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, data quality assurance processes, and productivity optimization strategies.
Collaborate with senior management to align data research initiatives with company goals and client expectations.
Train, coach, and support team leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and foster career development.
Analyze team metrics and generate performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Identify gaps in data processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead resource planning and workload distribution in coordination with other departments.
Support onboarding and training of new team leaders and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team in a data research or analytics environment.
At least 1 year of experience managing team leaders or supervisors.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with data research tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
