Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Research Senior Team Leader to oversee and drive performance for a team of data researchers and team leaders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing research or data teams and at least 1 year of experience leading team leaders. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of data research operations and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the data research department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality data.

  • Directly manage a team of team leaders, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team leaders and their respective teams, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.

  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, data quality assurance processes, and productivity optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align data research initiatives with company goals and client expectations.

  • Train, coach, and support team leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and foster career development.

  • Analyze team metrics and generate performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.

  • Identify gaps in data processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead resource planning and workload distribution in coordination with other departments.

  • Support onboarding and training of new team leaders and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team in a data research or analytics environment.

  • At least 1 year of experience managing team leaders or supervisors.

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with data research tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
